Our 7 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or the product received, you can return the item to us in its original condition, providing we have been informed of the return and sent an email with regards to why you are sending it back within the first 7 days of purchase.
If you believe the item is damaged, please email us a photo which shows the problem.
Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items back to us, also note any refund provided will be minus administration fees. When returning an unwanted product(s) back to us, please send a copy of the order
We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your product, however if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will make the process of returning goods as simple as possible.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
If the goods are returned in its original condition within 7 days of the date the goods are received, payment will be refunded for the product which you have paid for; please note, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
If you wish to return an item, which is faulty, which you did not order, or we are at fault, please contact us to inform us so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Damage in Transit
If your furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect you must inform us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the goods. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging. Also, please email us a photo of the item which shows clearly how it has been damaged.
If any items you have ordered are missing from your delivery, you must inform us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the goods so we can assist you further.
In the unlikely event of goods being lost, damaged or stolen whilst in the process of being returned to us, you as the customer will be responsible.
If your items are missing, faulty or wanted, please inform us through a writing notice via an email or phone us on 01924 763 177. In the email, the Buyer must include the following details;

The Buyer must not use the defected goods unless instructed in writing by the
